Order Confirmation: When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not signify final acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit the order for any reason.

Pre-Orders & Custom Orders: Pre-order items typically require 16–20 weeks for delivery. These items are made specifically for you and are subject to special return conditions. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy for details.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment via secure third-party processors. We do not store your payment details.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors, and we may refuse or cancel orders if errors are found—even after order confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping throughout British Columbia and some surrounding areas. Free delivery is available on orders over CAD 200 within standard service zones.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for most products. Please note:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
Mattresses must be unopened and sealed due to hygiene concerns
Installed items are non-returnable

6. Warranty

All products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty, unless otherwise stated.
Yataş Bedding products come with:

2 years warranty for mattress filling material
10 years warranty for spring frame (manufacturing defects only)

Damage from misuse, improper cleaning, or wear and tear is not covered.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including images, text, graphics, logos, and product information—is the property of Pargas Trading LTD. or its suppliers and protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Product availability at all times
