14-Day Return & Exchange Guarantee

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.


Return Conditions (All Products)

To qualify for return or exchange:

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in as-new condition
  • There must be no tears, stains, scratches, or wear marks
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all parts, labels, and accessories included
  • Products must not be installed or assembled
  • Returns will not be accepted for items that have been installed

Mattress Return Policy

For hygienic reasons and due to the nature of roll-packed shipping, special conditions apply:

  • Unopened mattresses (in sealed original packaging) can be returned within 14 days
  • Opened or used mattresses cannot be returned or refunded
  • We recommend reviewing all details before opening or using your mattress

Free Exchanges

  • Your first exchange is free (within our standard delivery area)
  • Further exchanges incur forward and return shipping charges
  • Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly

Note: Free exchanges are not available in remote or custom delivery zones.


Returns & Refunds

  • Return shipping costs apply based on product size and delivery location
  • Small item returns may be subject to a flat CAD 19 fee
  • After warehouse inspection, refunds will be processed minus shipping and repackaging fees if applicable

Custom & Pre-Order Products

  • May be returned or exchanged within 14 days, only if:
    • The item is unused
    • The original packaging is intact
    • The product has not been installed or assembled

Pre-order delivery time is approximately 16–20 weeks.


Products Requiring Installation

  • Products that require installation cannot be returned after installation
  • Please ensure compatibility and satisfaction before installation

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours
  • Send photos or videos of the issue and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation

Yataş Bedding Warranty

Yataş Bedding products are covered under the official Yataş warranty:

  • 2+2 years for mattress filling materials
  • 10 years for spring frames (for defects due to manufacturing)

Damage from misuse, improper cleaning, or incorrect usage is not covered. Please read product care instructions carefully.


1-Year General Warranty (Other Items)

All non-mattress products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, excluding:

  • Misuse or accidents
  • Modifications or improper cleaning
  • Wear and tear
  • Re-sold items (non-transferable warranty)
